I’m a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology graduate and had the opportunity to train in both private and public hospitals for 12 months, gaining hands-on experience in the work of a medical technologist while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality. During the pandemic, I adapted to virtual learning, which helped me become proficient in tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. These experiences have equipped me with both clinical awareness and digital competency—valuable qualities in providing reliable virtual assistance.
