Medical Virtual Assistant - Intake Staff Scheduler, Documentation spreadsheets and generate reports

With my clinical background, I help healthcare providers manage patient appointments, organize records, and handle admin tasks—so they can focus on giving care, while I handle the backend. I have good skills doing calls mainly in customer service, documentation and scheduling, way back when I was working as a BPO advisor for 15 years. I was assigned to LOB for sales, billing, technical support and social media content moderator. And 2023 I took the board exam and became a registered nurse same year. Then I transferred to a CPO industry at Shearwater Health and become a PHRN chart reviewee. Skills that I learned from healthcare about HIPAA and use EHR tools get patient information and basic ICD codes and diagnosis. Then I d----------- to go back bedside and worked as a Staff nurse in hospital based. Then d----------- to transition 2025 to Medical Virtual Assistant and become a Medical Virtual Assistant at Home Health Care as a program manager for transitional care management to prevent rehospitalization. I do send referrals, manage spreadsheets, do follow ups, and collaborate with physicians. The tools I am using to get the data is Well sky, google spreadsheets, ring central, HHN.
