I am a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology graduate currently looking for opportunities to apply and improve my skills in a professional remote setting. During my internship, I gained hands-on experience in basic computer troubleshooting, installing wireless access points, CCTV cameras, and designing ID cards. I also have some experience managing social media content and creating simple graphics using Canva. In addition, I have basic knowledge in web development and mobile app development, which I learned through academic projects and self-practice. I’m TESDA-certified in Computer Systems Servicing NCII and Contact Center Services NCII. I may be new to the online work industry, but I am reliable, hardworking, and always eager to improve and contribute to any team I become a part of.
