I bring 5 years of hands-on experience as a software quality assurance engineer, currently working at Multisys Technologies Corporation and JCG. My work spans both manual and automated testing, with a strong focus on web and mobile platforms, including Android-based applications.
As a Software Quality Assurance Specialist, I’ve been responsible for:
End-to-end software testing across a wide range of systems, including banking apps, e-wallet platforms, employee management systems, and biometric solutions.
Creating and executing test plans and scripts for both frontend and backend (API) validation.
Performing regression, functional, and integration testing to ensure stable and reliable software releases.
Using tools such as Postman for API testing and Robot Framework for automation, along with structured test case design and bug reporting.
Collaborating cross-functionally with development teams and stakeholders to support rapid, agile development cycles and quality assurance across all sprints.
My technical foundation in web development (HTML, JavaScript, Laravel, SQL) and Android development (Java) allows me to understand how systems work end-to-end, making me effective at debugging, back-end testing, and identifying the root cause of defects.
Additionally, my earlier roles in system administration and IT instruction helped sharpen my ability to communicate technical issues clearly, train users, and maintain system stability under different operational conditions.
