I was a technical support for half a year, mostly live chat (did some voice and email too). I am currently working as a Research and Development Engineer for more than 8 years (still counting). I've been doing database administration (have a certification for database fundamentals), company-proprietary software monitoring, automation and robotics, networking, virtual environment, managing operating systems (mostly linux), programming (c#) and web development (php and laravel framework). I am very keen when it comes to learning and looking forward to improve my skillset.
