I am currently a bedside nurse for 4 years in a hospital. Some of my job description is patient's assessment, recording patient medical history, care plan administration, monitored and documented data relating to patient's care including assessment results, interventions, medications, patient's responses and progress of treatment. I have also a communication and interpersonal skills, record-keeping and following protocols, empathy and compassion, strong attention to details, compassionate and patient-focused approach to care, and has basic knowledge in computer.
