Responsible for facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, preparing contracts, and leading onboarding orientations. Ensures all pre-employment requirements are completed and employee 201 files are properly maintained for accurate documentation. Provides support to employees regarding the enrollment and payment of statutory benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG. Assists in processing employee concerns related to government-mandated benefits, loan applications, and HMO enrollment. Coordinates with the finance department to ensure accurate payroll processing by maintaining and verifying employee timekeeping, attendance, and leave records. Aids in the implementation of company policies, procedures, and code of conduct across the organization. Also responsible for collecting, organizing, and submitting necessary permits, certifications, and government forms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
