I’m a former call center agent at Teleperformance, where I handled customer service calls for a Mortgage company. I assisted customers with their loan-related questions and made sure to provide clear and helpful support. Before that, I worked as an AutoCAD operator I was responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans based on project specifications I have little bit background from engineering because I studied ECE or electronics communication engineering for 3 years then I shifted to medical field which is nursing so I studied Nursing for two years, where I did hospital duties and learned how to stay calm under pressure and communicate with care. I shifted because I initially pursued Engineering because I was interested in technology and design, especially working with tools like AutoCAD. However, over time, I realized I had a strong desire to work more closely with people and make a direct impact on their lives, which led me to shift to Nursing. My two years in Nursing helped me develop compassion, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure—skills and Both courses taught me valuable skills.
