managed everything from daily supply chains and monthly food
bidding cycles to capex procurement and new store openings.
My edge isn't just experience. It's that I've crossed over into
systems building. I now design and implement procurement
infrastructure using CRM automation (GoHighLevel) and Airtable —
giving multi-outlet F&B and hospitality businesses full visibility
into their supplier pipeline, RFQ workflows, accreditation status,
delivery tracking, and purchase orders. No more WhatsApp groups
