A fully automated pipeline: a new invoice/receipt lands in a watched Google Drive folder, n8n extracts the text, and an LLM returns structured JSON (vendor, dates, currency, totals, line items). The workflow validates required fields and reconciles the math (line items + tax = total) before filing a row in Google Sheets. Clean documents are marked "OK"; anything incomplete or mismatched is flagged for review with a Telegram alert to loop in a human. Fully idempotent on the Drive file ID.
