Responsible for accurate tariff and goods declaration and lodgment of all necessary shipment details into the Import System.
Sending of Daily Status Report to customer every end of the day.
Prepares, analyzes, and discusses weekly and monthly reports with business partners for performance monitoring.
Leading a daily huddle to plan and discuss strategies how to complete daily tasks and to relay instructions and updates given by our BP.
Knowledgeable in Bureau of Customs procedures, including import/export processing, clearance, and documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Table).
Software proficiency: SAP, Logis Air and Ocean, Flying Cargo-Import System, CargoWise One)
