Remote Administrative Assistant

-Provide general administrative support such as managing emails, calendars, and scheduling meetings
-Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentation
-Maintain digital filing systems and ensure records are accurately updated and stored
-Coordinate virtual meetings
-Handle client inquiries and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
-Perform data entry and update internal databases and spreadsheets
-Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking as needed
-Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
