Support clients on all regions in the US regardless of payroll processing frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly). It includes entry of hours worked, deductions and ensuring tax compliance of Federal and State regulations.
Assist clients on employees retirement contribution (for example 401K) and its employer match.
Help clients in onboarding employees and offboarding with final pay.
Assist clients on employees’ W-2 related concern.
Basic knowledge on General Ledger Interface.
