I’m ----------- ----------- Q. -----------, a passionate Psychology student at St. Mary’s College of Tagum, Inc. and a Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA). I merge my background in psychology, leadership, and youth development with creative skills in digital design, social media management, and content creation.
Since 2021, I’ve worked as a commission-based Canva designer, producing visual materials for academic, organizational, and community initiatives. Beyond design, I’ve led and managed social media platforms for youth and student organizations, serving as Creative Head and Social Media Manager—developing branding strategies, engaging content, and impactful campaigns that amplify advocacy and purpose.
My hands-on experience includes internships at the Provincial Human Resource Management Office of Davao del Norte, Hiraya Diwa Psychological Services, and the SMCTI Testing and Wellness Center. Through these, I’ve gained valuable exposure to HR processes, intake interviews, case conferences, psychological testing, and counseling support.
As a youth leader and mental health advocate, I continue to champion initiatives that integrate community empowerment with psychological well-being—most notably through Project D.A.M.A. (Disaster and Mental Health Awareness), which promotes resilience and psychosocial support in disaster response.
