I've been with Collection industry for 12 years. I handle all types of accounts, from early stage to suspended accounts. I handle B2B accounts so the customers that I've been dealing with are professionals. We do call them but most of my customers prefer email. Apart from being a collector, I would also like to try new things and work experience. I am willing to learn and would like to excel on other things.
