I am Ma. Aden A. Rafols from Manila, Philippines, and I am writing to express my interest in the position of REMOTE VA or any Heathcare in BPO setting.
I have 13 years of total nursing experience, 8 of which are in clinical settings. I previously worked at Manila Doctors Hospital as a bedside nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), as well as in the Outpatient Department (OPD), which catered to Internal Medicine, Surgery, OB-Gyne, Pediatrics, EENT, Ophthalmology, Family Medicine, and the Emergency Department during the pandemic. I also served as a Chemotherapy Nurse at QualiMed (UP-PGH).
Currently, I am working at St. Luke’s Extension Clinic as an Immunization Nurse. Our clinic provides medical services for immigrants bound for the USA, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. I have also been assigned to the Pulmonology Department, where I was involved in the directly observed treatment of tuberculosis patients. In addition, I previously worked as an Administrative Staff member at the Philippine Nurses Association for nearly a year.
I believe that my diverse and extensive experience in various nursing and administrative roles has equipped me with the skills necessary to excel in this position. I am also a licensed U.S. Registered Nurse (New York).
