I hold a degree in Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM) and bring nearly 7 years of experience in the BPO industry, where I've worn many hats across different roles. My journey began as a pharmacy assistant at one of the most trusted and leading drugstores in the Philippines. From there, I transitioned into the BPO world, taking on roles such as customer service representative, travel specialist, and now, a patient advocate in a healthcare account.
