I am a licensed architect and master plumber in the Philippines with over seven years of industry experience in project management, architectural design, site planning, construction documentation, and spatial data analysis. I hold a degree in Architecture for my bachelors and currently completing a Master's in Urban Business and Development in Sweden, specializing real estate and transport.
I am proficient in Architectural drafting, design, and technical documentation, and have hands-on experience producing architectural drawings, site development plans, and design layouts for both academic and professional projects. On the GIS side, I work with QGIS for spatial analysis and visualization, and have applied econometric methods and GIS mapping in a graduate-level research study.
I also have worked on large-scale ADB-funded public transport infrastructure project under under the Department of Transportation, where I was part of the project management team responsible for consultancy procurement and design coordination.
From my collective experience both in the industry and academia, I deliver the work that I am assigned to do by being detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. I deliver clean, accurate work on time and communicate clearly throughout the process and I am ready to get started.
