There, I spent more than six years immersed in broker and valuer communications, allocation of valuation firms, and reviewing critical documents in the Valex system. I was also trained to handle outbound calls addressing broker and valuer concerns, as well as inbound calls related to property ----------- was at CoreLogic that I discovered my ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations. I vividly recall a broker escalation that posed reputational risk; through clear communication and swift resolution, I diffused the situation and received direct commendation from the broker. In another case, I managed an appraiser frustrated by missing documentation in the Valex system. By proactively coordinating with stakeholders, retrieving the necessary files, and ensuring inspections could proceed, I restored confidence among all parties involved. I was also tasked with conducting a walkthrough for a stakeholder to help her understand the entire valuation process we were supporting.After my tenure with CoreLogic, I broadened my skillset as a Subject Matter Expert at Booth & Partners, where I supported U.S. legal assistants by managing sensitive appointments and documents while coordinating home services across the country. This not only resolved the conflict but also earned me commendation from an appraiser for my clear and professional approach.I was also entrusted with urgent, high-stakes projects, such as leading the Oklahoma team’s reporting needs. Despite tight deadlines and multiple escalations, I delivered accurate outputs that met client expectations, resulting in several commendations for reliability and excellence under pressure.Upon promotion to Senior Analyst, I was assigned to manage Senior Housing projects—an area that had eluded other team leads in three previous attempts.
