I am a Sales and Marketing Officer at Saarstahl Philippines Inc for 2 years and 4 months, with a Bachelor's degree
in hotel restaurant management from Golden State College. I have been in the workforce
since 2022,
I am Responsible for answering inquiries and questions thru emails and calls, Handling
customer details and insured the updates for their accounts using Microsoft and
hardcopy's, Entertain and assisting walk in customer, Collect customer payment and
make sure that all collecting payments are updated and deposited in time, And lastly I do
report summary of all sales and collection every month send to our main office. and I am now seeking a job as a Customer Service Representative. I have a
strong background in sales and marketing, and I am eager to bring my skills and
experience to a new role in customer service
