I’m very detail-oriented and enjoy keeping everything organized so providers don’t have to worry about the paperwork side of things.
In my past roles, I handled provider credentialing and re-credentialing, CAQH updates, insurance enrollment, and claims inquiries. I also have experience assisting members with benefits eligibility, claim status, and appeals—always making sure they clearly understand their options.
