I have been an Onboarding/Credentialing Specialist for the past 4 years on a Healthcare account, with a US Client, I might have different job titles on my resume, but my day-to-day duties as a recruitment coordinator and onboarding specialist were pretty identical, I communicate to our Candidates or applicants their Onboarding requirements, as well as the Onboarding process, through call, text or email, then review their submitted requirements, verify their licenses or certificates (if applicable) to ensure accuracy, and completeness of their requirements, before uploading it on our system, or CRM, I always make sure to give our Candidates a smooth onboarding experience as much a possible.
