Hi, I'm Divine! I have five years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor, specializing in full quantity take-offs and estimates for both residential and commercial projects in New Zealand. I regularly use Plan Swift as my primary take-off tool, covering a wide range of components including timber framing, insulation, openings, claddings, wall underlays, linings and more. I also have an experience using MiTek for months and is willing to be trained for different estimating software.
In addition, I’ve worked part-time as a Project Engineer for almost two years in Philippine based company. In this role, I’ve been involved in various on-site responsibilities such as monitoring project progress, preparing project schedules and progress billings, and handling submissions for RFIs and RFAs, among others.
