In my previous roles as a NOC Engineer at Verizon and HCL, I gained hands-on experience resolving network issues, providing customer support, and keeping clients informed throughout the troubleshooting process. This experience strengthened my technical skills in networking—particularly SD-WAN and network testing—as well as my communication and problem-solving abilities, which align well with the requirements for the role.
To further enhance my qualifications, I completed online training in cybersecurity EDR tools, including Microsoft Defender and CrowdStrike. I also completed the Cyber Defense & Threat Hunting Masterclass to stay updated on emerging threats and industry best practices. Additionally, I hold a CompTIA Security+ certification, demonstrating a foundation in cybersecurity principles.
