Hi, I’m Jan Ryan Pernia, 25 years old, and I graduated from Batangas State University in 2023 with a degree in Mechanical Technology.
In 2020, I started as a Virtual Assistant at PJR Lancer Media, where I handled customer support, data entry, social media content creation, and appointment setting.
In 2021, I joined Mendoza Surveying Office as an AutoCAD Operator, preparing and revising 2D and 3D survey plans, lot plans, and other geodetic maps based on field data.
In 2022, I interned at Melham Construction Corporation as a Department Manager, monitoring interns’ projects and providing feedback to improve their work.
Currently, I’m working as a General Virtual Assistant, managing orders for Best Buy, Lowe’s, and Home Depot, confirming warranties, processing refunds and exchanges, and handling client-assigned tasks.
Through these experiences, I’ve developed strong adaptability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, and I’m eager to bring that same commitment and versatility to this role.
