I have been working in the BPO industry for 11 years and counting. I started as a Technical Support agent for 2 years before being promoted to Subject Matter Expert. Later, I applied for a WFM position as a Real-Time Analyst and was hired. I worked as an RTA for 4 years and had the opportunity to upskill as a Reports Analyst for a period. Currently, I am working as a Team Leader.
