I have a background in Real Estate in the Philippines,
as a Salesperson working under a licensed Broker for 3 years.
I have accomplished several tasks including Calendar Management for my Clients and Co Brokers alike, I am familiar with legal papers needed for closing documentations and Formal offers (ie. Letter of Intent), I have also aided in marketing the property listings through Canva and designed their specified postings for their property listings. I love to sort details out for the client and arrange them neatly. I might be a graduate of Culinary Arts but my experience in Real Estate and Transactions are clear signs that I can adapt to a whole different setting of work.
