Hi! I’m a Senior People Operations Manager, Product Manager, and HR Technology professional with 9+ years of experience across People Operations, SaaS, Product Management, and AI-powered workflow design.
I lead end-to-end People Operations covering Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Compliance, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, and Performance Management. In my current role, I drive operational excellence by streamlining HR processes, improving employee experience, and implementing scalable people practices.
I also serve as the primary People Operations Point of Contact (POC) for ISO 27001:2022 and previously led HR audit readiness and evidence management for SOC 2, ensuring compliance while balancing business and employee needs.
Beyond HR, I work as a Product Manager for HR technology and internal platforms, translating business requirements into practical, user-centric solutions. I build product requirements, design workflows, and collaborate closely with engineering to deliver tools that improve operations.
Over the past year, I’ve been extensively using Claude and Claude Code to accelerate product development and business process automation. I design AI-assisted workflows, write detailed product requirements (PRDs), create implementation plans, build internal systems, and rapidly prototype applications using modern AI development practices. I’ve leveraged Claude to develop HR systems, operational platforms, business tools, and automation solutions, significantly reducing development time while maintaining high-quality outputs.
