My role involved ensuring data accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining data integrity to support active legal claims. In addition, I regularly communicated with clients through phone calls, emails, and text messages to provide updates and address inquiries. This experience strengthened my attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage confidential information effectively while working under tight deadlines. I am also eager to explore and develop new skills outside my current field, as I believe acquiring diverse competencies will help me grow both professionally and personally.
