I am a licensed Mechanical Engineer (RMEE) with multidisciplinary experience in fire protection engineering, building systems review, academic instruction, and construction coordination. Currently serving at the Bureau of Fire Protection – National Headquarters, I specialize in evaluating complex fire and life safety system designs for critical infrastructure, ensuring compliance with RA 9514, NFPA, and international codes.
Alongside my public service, I serve as a Mechanical Engineering lecturer and research adviser, mentoring students in capstone development and technical publication. I hold a COSH SO2 certification and am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Renewable Energy and Sustainable Technologies, equipping me with a future-ready perspective on sustainable systems and resilient design.
My skill set spans project coordination, regulatory compliance, plan interpretation, quantity take-offs, and technical communication. I am known for my discipline, clarity, and heart-centered leadership—serving not just with technical competence, but with purpose. I am driven by a commitment to deliver solutions that are safe, sustainable, and aligned with the highest standards of excellence.
