Working in the healthcare field has allowed me to learn and enhance a wide range of administrative and communication skills. I’ve gained hands-on experience handling both inbound and outbound calls, verifying patients' insurance benefits and eligibility, and responsible for handling infusion authorization as well as durable medical equipment (DME). These experiences have helped me develop a strong understanding of healthcare processes and patient care coordination.
