Hi, my name's Deo and I have generalized skills in customer support and client interaction. My previous working experience has been a year in the business process outsourcing industry where I learned to thoroughly prod through customer concerns and get them what they need in the healthcare company we were servicing. I aided clients with their call and email concerns, with most of my experience basing around scheduling and answering their inquiries about the process. Aside from those, I proficiently used the office suite programs that were connected to my previous experience to make sure that the tasks that were pending be completed when they were needed.
