I'm a Political Science graduate from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa. I started my career in the BPO industry. My 1st was TP and most recent one is TU where my role is the same which is content moderation a non-voice account. In this role, I review and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms such as videos, images, text, livestream to ensuring it aligns with platform policies and escalating violations when necessary and maintain healthy environment of the platform.
