? Scheduling: Create and maintain efficient caregiver schedules to ensure continuous client coverage, minimizing gaps and ensuring appropriate staff allocation.
? Conflict Resolution: Proactively address and resolve staffing conflicts, shift swaps, and time-off requests.
? Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and their families regarding scheduling matters, and for caregivers regarding their schedules and assignments.
? Record Keeping: Accurately maintain and update staff credentials, licenses, certifications, and patient-specific information, often in physical binders or electronic systems.
? Client Assignment: Match qualified caregivers to clients based on specific care needs, preferences, and required skills.
? Emergency Response: Manage and adapt to unexpected staff shortages or last-minute scheduling changes to ensure uninterrupted client care.
