Before automation, I spent years inside real business operations. I managed real-time staffing and SLA performance for 150+ agents in a call center environment, co-founded and ran a home-service business from the ground up, and coordinated resource allocation on active construction projects.
That background is why I don't just connect apps. I understand why a business actually needs the automation in the first place.
