I have diverse professional experience in customer service, administrative support, and education. As a Seasonal Call Service Representative with Inspiro: Relia Inc. (2023) and iXL Solution Philippines (2024), I provided front-line customer assistance through calls, emails, and chat support. My responsibilities included addressing customer concerns, assisting with purchases, and guiding clients in navigating websites, ensuring efficient and satisfactory service.
In 2024, I joined the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Cash-for-Work Program as a Student Intern, where I supported both the Social Marketing Unit Office of KALAHI----------- and the Vice President of External Affairs Office at Iloilo Science and Technology University. My duties included handling documents and inventories, encoding and transcribing reports, compiling and sorting files, and assisting in event organization.
Currently, I serve as a Teacher at Santa Clarita International School, where I work as a grade school adviser and English teacher. I am responsible for managing students, preparing lessons, and fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment.
