Running a truck means more than just getting behind the wheel. You also have to find the right loads, communicate with brokers, coordinate with drivers, track shipments, and keep everything moving on schedule.
That’s where I can help.
I’m a trained Truck Dispatcher and Freight Virtual Assistant focused on supporting U.S. carriers with the day-to-day work behind the wheels. My training includes practical, scenario-based experience with:
• Load searching and evaluation
• Broker communication
• Rate negotiation
• Pickup and delivery coordination
• Load tracking and status updates
• Driver communication
• Freight documentation and dispatch workflows
I’ve also trained with industry tools and platforms including TMS, load boards, spreadsheets, TForce, Old Dominion, Estes, and freight classification tools.
While I’m building my professional dispatching experience, I’m not starting from zero. I’ve invested in specialized freight training to understand the workflow, terminology, and responsibilities involved in truck dispatching—and I’m ready to apply that knowledge in a real carrier operation.
My goal is simple: take dispatch-related work off your plate so you can focus more on your trucks, drivers, and business.
If you’re a carrier or owner-operator looking for a trained dispatcher who is ready to learn your operation and support your team, send me a message. I’d be happy to talk.
