I have over a decade of experience representing corporate and individual clients in a broad range of commercial litigation, including intra-corporate disputes, land cases and real property disputes, contract law matters, maritime and shipping cases, and customs cases, among others, before all levels of the Philippine judiciary.
I have also represented corporate clients in labor cases and labor relations disputes, and have appeared before the National Labor Relations Commission, Department of Labor and Employment, and the SBMA Labor Division. At present, I serve as a corporate secretary and counsel for several corporations engaged in manufacturing, shipping, and maritime services advising on labor law, compliance and regulatory, and other related matters.
In January 2025, I was cited as a “Key Lawyer” in Transport Law by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2025 Guide. In February 2025, I was elected as the IBP Zambales Chapter Secretary for the-----------term. I also previously served as a Director of the IBP Zambales Chapter.
I have a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Far Eastern University - Institute of Law (FEU-IL) where I graduated with Second Honors.
