I’m a hardworking and dependable professional with more than 18 years of experience in sales, customer service, operations, and technical support. Over the years, I’ve handled different roles that helped me build strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. I’ve worked closely with clients, supported teams, managed projects, and helped businesses improve their day-to-day operations.
Most of my experience involves customer relations, sales coordination, CRM management, reporting, scheduling, and handling administrative tasks. I’m comfortable working in fast-paced environments and can easily adapt to different types of work. I also had the opportunity to work with international companies and travel abroad with executives for business meetings, seminars, and conferences.
