I started my career as a Personal Assistant to a real estate company while I was still in college, a position I held for two years. After graduation, I worked as an Outbound Specialist for a year at a collection agency, handling delinquent credit card accounts for various banks in the Philippines.
I then entered the BPO industry, where I gained over five years of experience working in different companies. My roles included Technical Support, Customer Service Support, Email and Chat Support, Content Moderation, and even Quality Analyst.
I d----------- to take a break from corporate work to focus on my family, especially with three young kids. Now, I’m ready and excited to start working again—this time from home.
While I don't yet have direct experience as a Virtual Assistant, I’m familiar with the setup as my husband is a freelancer. I am honest, hardworking, and highly trainable. I’m currently studying and improving my skills to make sure I can deliver quality work.
