Hello! My name is Joe Edmar D. Delina. I’m a fresh graduate from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela in the Philippines, where I earned my degree as an Information Technology and graduated Cum Laude last July 2025. I’m an aspiring Virtual Assistant with strong technical skills and a passion for providing efficient, organized, and high-quality support.
