I bring over 13 years of experience across BPO operations, trust & safety, quality assurance, performance coaching, content moderation, and wellness support, along with a background in Nursing.
Recently, I completed a Healthcare Virtual Assistant training program where I trained in US and Canadian medical billing, healthcare administration, HIPAA and PIPEDA compliance, and trauma-informed care. I also hold an NDIS Worker Orientation certificate and have been studying Australian Medicare and MBS fundamentals making me a comfortable fit for healthcare clients across the US, Canada, and Australia.
