As a Patient Support and TIER 2 CSR, my responsibility dwells highly on the things the front lining CSR can not take care of such as processing refunds for the patients, cancelling visits, relaying requests for pharmacy or prescription page, coordinating with the pharmacies if they need more information from the healthcare providers.
