Coordinate and manage Move, Add, Change, and Deployment (MACD) requests across enterprise environments
? Handle escalated service tickets in ENIC and ServiceNow beyond L1/L2 support scope
? Respond to technical inquiries via phone and email regarding Telecom services, network changes, and agent office
relocations
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams (VMACD, NFT, NDT, Telecom) to ensure seamless project execution
? Liaise with vendors for office setups, relocations, equipment installation, and technical dispatch
? Provision circuits and standard IT equipment (laptops, desktops, switches, phones, cabinets, etc.) for new and
relocating offices
? Manage i----------- response for catastrophic events (fire, storms, building issues)
? Participate in interdepartmental meetings related to office construction and infrastructure changes
? Generate and manage tickets for circuit upgrades and downgrades
