What makes me different from most VAs: I spent 8 years in software development, working my way up from Developer to Senior Lead Developer building and maintaining a case management web application (Laravel, Vue.js, MySQL, C#). I'm now intentionally shifting into operations-focused work I can commit to long-term — which means you get someone with senior-level reliability and deep technical fluency, without paying developer rates.
