I am detail oriented, goal getter and organized. A highly motivated individual - not just professionally but personally as well. I am very much open to receive feedback or constructive criticism. I will tell a quick story that happened during employee performance evaluation, a comment I received from my previous manager and I quote "Lavi is a fast learner and dependable employee." Even though I received such praise I don't let it get into my head, I always asks especially if I'm not sure of the things that needs to be done. And I am ready to take on any challenge at work.
