Started as an associate for applications, desktops and data feeds. Moved to a senior role a year after and was again promoted as a manager. Moved across and held different leadership functions within Customer Operations, with previous stints as a Senior Manager overseeing cross functional teams in Manila as well as being a Business Operations Manager for the group.
