I've been with amazon account as e-commerce for 1 year. and recently with Healthcare account as Payment posting specialist and Billing Specialist for about a year as well. Let me share you what i do in my previous work. I take payments from our patients and making sure that the payments are balance as well as co-insurance, co-pay, deductible and more. other than payment posting I also do Billing Specialist which is we input, Sort, compile the information and documents sent by our patient, I handled multiple facilities in the U,s so i know a lot about healthcare. Having those experience made me very keen to details to ensure that data is being enter correctly in our database.
