I have worked closely with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to prepare accurate and practical estimates that align with real construction conditions. My focus is on fast turnaround, cost efficiency, and clear documentation that clients can immediately use for bidding and execution.
I am proficient in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, Revit, Bluebeam, ETABS, STAAD, and SketchUp, and I can work independently with minimal supervision.
