I have experience managing multiple Shopify stores in a dropshipping environment, where I’ve been responsible for coordinating with suppliers, managing orders, handling outreach emails and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.
In my previous role, I worked closely with both local and international suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment and clear communication. I also developed and maintained SOPs for order processing, returns, and supplier onboarding, which helped improve efficiency and reduce errors across our operations.
